Can you handle remediation after an audit done by another firm?
Yes, we can work from any existing report: re-prioritization, implementation of the fixes, then a follow-up audit to confirm the flaws are actually closed.
What does the 24/7 coverage contract guarantee?
A contractual response time (SLA from 2 to 24 hours depending on the plan, from €2,000 to €10,000 excl. VAT per year) and prepaid intervention hours at decreasing rates. The difference between suffering a crisis and managing one.
Do you also train non-technical staff?
Yes: our general awareness sessions are for all employees, with live hacking demonstrations that leave a far stronger impression than any e-learning.
