Privacy policy

This policy describes the personal data collected on www.helx.io, the purposes it is processed for and your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").

The data controller is HELX Security, 19 Cité Aubry, 75020 Paris, France (Paris Trade Register no. 941 968 208).

Contact form: name, company, email address, phone and message, to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding.

Application form: first name, last name, email address, phone and resume, to review your application. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures. Your resume is not stored on our web servers: it is sent by email to our recruiting team, and nowhere else.

Quote simulator: your simulation parameters and, if you request the summary by email, your details (first name, last name, company, email), to build and send the estimate. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures.

Audience measurement: our Matomo instance is self-hosted and configured according to the French CNIL recommendations (consent exemption). No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data is intended exclusively for HELX teams (applications go to the recruiting team). It is never sold, transferred or rented.

Technical processors: Amazon Web Services (site hosting, European Union), Google (email relay, and the reCAPTCHA v3 service protecting our forms against bots, subject to Google's privacy rules).

Applications: kept for the duration of the recruitment process, then deleted at the latest two years after the last contact with the candidate, in line with CNIL recommendations.

Contact requests and simulations: kept for the time needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows.

Audience measurement: aggregated data, kept according to the CNIL-compliant Matomo configuration.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and port your data. For an application, you may withdraw your consent at any time: your file is then deleted.

The site sets no advertising cookies. Matomo audience measurement runs without consent under the CNIL exemption; the reCAPTCHA service may set technical cookies required for the anti-bot protection of our forms.
