Assessment

Strategic audits

Assess how well your security policies and infrastructure stand up to threats.

§ 01 · Overview

What is a strategic audit?

Strategic cybersecurity audits assess how well your organization can withstand threats. They look at several key areas: system architecture, process organization and incident response.

Unlike penetration tests, which simulate attacks, these audits give you a big-picture view and identify the gaps between your practices and security best practices and cybersecurity standards.

They quickly surface the organizational, architectural and operational weaknesses that could compromise the security of your business.

Objectives

Our strategic audits help you pinpoint the most critical risks facing your organization, such as:

  • Insufficient risk management

Excessive external exposure, irregular security audits, unmanaged vulnerabilities

  • Uncontrolled incident response

Business interruption, data leaks, financial losses

  • Weak segmentation

Vulnerable internal network architecture, exposed critical assets

  • Regulatory non-compliance

    Uninsured incidents, risk of penalties

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Architecture or organizational: where should we start?

If your likely incidents are technical (flat network, legacy systems, recent cloud adoption), start with the architecture audit. If governance is the issue (no policies, no processes), start with the organizational audit. Combining both remains the most requested option.

Are these audits too theoretical?

No: every finding is grounded in your actual configurations and practices, and every recommendation is prioritized by impact and effort. Our offensive background means we assess risks the way attackers do, not the way compliance auditors do.

What budget should we plan for?

From €4,250 to €14,450 excl. VAT depending on the size of your organization, with a 15% discount for small businesses, SMBs and non-profits. The online quote simulator calculates the exact amount based on your headcount.

What happens after the audit?

A debrief for your teams and management, a prioritized action plan, then, if you want it, hands-on support with implementation and a follow-up audit to measure the ground covered.
